How to change the email address or password for your Silhouette account

You may change your Silhouette account email address or password (for both your Silhouette Design Store and Silhouette America® website access) by doing either of the following:

Via the Silhouette America® website:

  1. Go to the sign in page on our website
  2. Sign into your account under the current/older email address
  3. Click on the My account link in the upper right-hand side of the webpage
  4. Under the Personal Information section, select the edit personal info option
  5. Update your information as desired

Via the Silhouette Design Store:

  1. Open the Silhouette Studio® software program
  2. Select the Silhouette Design Store button
  3. Sign into your account under the current/older email address
  4. Click on the my account link
  5. Select Change My Account Information
  6. Update your information as desired

If you are seeking to change your email address for our newsletter, you may simply visit our website home page and sign up with your new address. You may alternately unsubscribe to the older email address or adjust it to a new address by finding the “Manage Your Subscription” link at the bottom of any newsletter received. You may then click on this link to have your email address adjusted or removed.

Please click here to reset your Silhouette account password. Passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least 10 characters in length and must include at least one number.

The password requirements for any Silhouette account are as follows:

  1. Passwords are case-sensitive
  2. Must be at least 10 characters in length
  3. Must include at least one number
