Silhouette Design Store Subscriptions

If you would like to sign up for a subscription, you may do the following:

1. Open Silhouette Studio® and go to STORE
   • You may also visit our website home page
2. Select SUBSCRIPTIONS
   • Blue button at the top of webpage
3. Select your subscription level
4. Proceed to enter any promotion code you may have and update
5. Select your preferred payment level and confirm your credit card information
6. Confirm on the final screen you want to sign up

If you are seeking to give a Silhouette Design Store subscription as a gift, we offer pre-paid subscription codes as an option. This will provide a code that the recipient can apply to their account to begin the subscription. To purchase a pre-paid subscription code, please visit here.

We offer codes in four levels; Basic, Deluxe, Premium, and Diamond. The monthly credits included range from $25 USD/month to $250.00 USD/month. International currency may adjust these amounts, however, cost per download remains equivalent.

If you have received a pre-paid code as a gift, the following steps can be taken to apply it to your account:

1. Open Silhouette Studio® and go to STORE
   • You may also visit our website home page
2. Sign in to your account (or create a new account)
3. Click Subscriptions at the top of the page
4. Select the subscription level that matches your gift certificate
   • You may opt to choose a higher level and pay the difference
5. Enter the subscription code in the Payment/Billing section and click apply
   • Promotional codes/discounts are not applicable when redeeming a pre-paid subscription code
6. Continue to checkout

According to the Silhouette subscription Terms and Conditions, early cancellation may incur a termination fee based off your subscription term. To cancel, you may do the following:

1. Open the Silhouette Studio® software and access the STORE section
2. Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner
3. Select the Cancel My Subscription option

This option will end the subscription immediately. As an active subscription is required to use subscription credits, any available credit balance will be immediately removed as well.

You are welcome to upgrade (to a higher level) or renew your subscription (at the same level) at any time. When manually upgrading or renewing, the original, full price of the new subscription will be charged, unless a valid promotional code is used during checkout. Promotional discounts used on previous subscriptions will not carry over.

To re-subscribe, users may do the following:

1. Log into the Silhouette Design Store
2. Click on the My Subscription
   • At the top of the homepage
3. Click on Upgrade/Renew by your current subscription
4. Select the subscription level and start date options
   • Don’t forget to enter any promotional codes in the Payment/Billing section

When Upgrading, if Start Now is chosen, this will cancel your current subscription and begin the new subscription immediately with the full length selected. Upgrading will not simply increase the remaining months of your current subscription.

If you had previously paid up-front for your subscription, any unused amount will apply toward your upgraded subscription. Any remaining credit balance from a previous subscription will remain active on the account.

To reward our loyal Silhouette Design Store subscription customers, an auto-renew discount is available to automatically renew your subscription at the same length, level, and payment type (monthly or up-front).  Customers who choose to auto-renew will receive the lowest rate of the following three options:

• The previous payment amount, for example if a promo code was used
• 10% off the full price of the subscription
  • Does not stack with promotional discount codes
• A current, active promo code, if any available

Silhouette Design Store Subscriptions run for a duration of 12 month. You can choose to pay monthly or up-front for a 5% discounted rate.

Subscription credits are allotted monthly, regardless of payment type. Each set of credits is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of allotment.

Subscription credits are only valid during the term of an active subscription. If you have unused subscription credits when your subscription ends, you may opt to renew or sign up for a new subscription of any level to regain access to those credits, if still within the 60 day allotment period.

Subscriptions may be canceled after a period of three months without incurring a cancellation fee. If a subscription is canceled before this time, a cancellation fee of 2 or 3 months at the monthly subscription rate will be charged to fulfill the minimum monthly period.
